Shipping & returns
- Shipping
* Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped via reliable courier services, ensuring fast and secure delivery within Lithuania and internationally.
* Shipping Times: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment receipt, with the exception of custom orders, for which the production timeline is agreed upon separately.
* Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for your shipment. The customer assumes responsibility for the shipment’s status once it has been handed over to the courier. In case of any issues, please contact the courier service immediately and inform us at airmaticlt@gmail.com.
- Returns Policy
* Standard Returns: Unused, undamaged goods in their original packaging can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. You must contact us via email prior to making a return.
* Custom Orders: The right of return does not apply to items that have been manufactured, modified, or adapted according to individual customer specifications or vehicle requirements. Such products are considered non-returnable.
* Customer Error: If a return is initiated due to a customer error (e.g., selecting the wrong part), a refund will be issued, but the customer will be fully responsible for all shipping and administrative costs.
* Refunds: Once the right to return is confirmed and the item is received, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. IMPORTANT: The refunded amount will not include the original shipping costs.
- Warranty
* Warranty Period: All Luft Master parts are covered by a [insert number] month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of sale.
* Warranty Conditions: The warranty covers only factory defects. It does not apply to failures resulting from improper installation, negligence, accidents, excessive loads, misuse, or other external factors. Any attempts to modify, disassemble, or repair our parts without our prior authorization will void the warranty.
* Warranty Process: In case of a suspected factory defect, please contact us immediately at airmaticlt@gmail.com with a detailed description and photos/videos of the issue. The item will be sent for inspection. If a defect is confirmed, we will replace or repair it at our expense.
- General Provisions
1.1. This Return and Exchange Policy applies to all goods purchased on the Luft Master online store at www.luftMaster.lt.
1.2. We aim to ensure the highest product quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the specific nature of our products (custom manufacturing and customization), the return conditions are strictly defined.
- Right of Return and Exclusions
2.1. The buyer has the right to return an item within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
* The item has not been used, installed, or otherwise modified.
* The item is in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and has not lost its original marketable appearance.
* There are no signs of damage (scratches, dents, etc.).
2.2. The right of return DOES NOT APPLY to the following items:
* Custom-made or modified parts: If an item was manufactured, adjusted, or adapted specifically for your vehicle or based on your provided dimensions, it is non-returnable.
* Installed or used parts: Even if the installation was brief, the item loses its marketable appearance and cannot be returned.
* Seamless compressors, valves, or other similar electronic or mechanical components that have been connected to a system and/or powered on.
- Return Procedure
3.1. To return an item, the buyer must contact Luft Master in writing at airmaticlt@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
3.2. The request must include:
* The order number.
* The name of the item to be returned.
* A detailed reason for the return (with attached photos if related to the item’s condition).
3.3. Luft Master will review the request within 3 business days and provide instructions for the return.
3.4. The returned item must be securely and properly packaged and shipped by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Refunds
4.1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item and confirming that it meets the requirements of Section 2.1, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s provided bank account within 7 (seven) business days.
4.2. The refunded amount will not include the original shipping costs. Administrative fees may also be deducted if the return is due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect model selection).
- Exchanges
5.1. Items can only be exchanged if the received item does not match the order (e.g., different model, different size) or has a manufacturing defect confirmed by our specialists.
5.2. Any discrepancy must be reported to airmaticlt@gmail.com immediately, but no later than 3 days after receiving the item, with supporting evidence (photos, videos).
